Welcome to the
Eddy Middle School website, home of the Generals. EMS is located at 2100
South Lumpkin Road; Columbus, Georgia. Joseph Roberson is the school board
representative for our District #7. The school is committed to teaching
values, achievement and academic excellence. Our desire is to 
prepare students
for life while facilitating their learning needs. We offer tutoring programs
for students who need help in various subjects. We foster a positive
and safe climate to promote goals and enhance the learning environment. We
also engage in extracurricular activities to encourage sportsmanship and
citizenship skills throughout our campus and in the community. The following
pages present information concerning our history, faculty and staff, school
